Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We take pride in our delivery standards. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact support@adaptogresearch.co.uk. Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Re-shipment of your order (free of charge), or
- Refund of your shipping cost, or
- Store credit for future use.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor delivery progress directly with the courier using the provided tracking number. If tracking information has not updated within 48 hours, please reach out to us so we can investigate.
Customs & International Orders
For international shipments (outside the UK):
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are permitted for import under local laws.
- Adaptog is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or seizures that may occur during transit.
- We will assist where possible by providing documentation or verifying compliance to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Adaptog reserves the right to determine eligibility based on tracking, delivery confirmation, and photographic evidence where necessary.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee redirection or interception once an order has been dispatched. Adaptog is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
