Product Information & Intended Use
All Adaptog products are sold as Research Use Only (RUO) materials.
They are not licensed as drugs, food, or medical devices, and should never be used for therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic purposes.
Descriptions, certificates, or specifications provided are for informational and research reference only.
No product listing or information shall be interpreted as a medical claim or endorsement.
Orders & Acceptance
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Once payment is received, an order confirmation will be sent by email.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways. Adaptog does not store or have access to your full payment information
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes. VAT or import duties (where applicable) may be charged at checkout or upon delivery, depending on your location and local regulations.
Shipping & Delivery
Adaptog provides Express Delivery/Shipping worldwide.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

- EU: 3–7 working days
- Rest of World: 7–11 working days

While we strive to meet stated delivery times, delays may occur beyond our control. Adaptog accepts no liability for consequential loss resulting from late delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Adaptog accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that items remain sealed, unused, and in their original condition. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the items have been received and verified. For full details, please review our Returns Policy.
Risk & Title
Ownership of goods transfers to the Buyer once full payment has been received and the goods have been dispatched.
Risk passes upon delivery to the shipping carrier or directly to the Buyer, whichever occurs first.
